The perfect place for a relaxing break or holiday with a personal touch whilst still being close to Denia town, the beaches and the mountains.

We have a newly refurbished free-standing villa with garden and pool (8x4m) and a guest limit of 6. So plenty of privacy and no sharing with hordes of other guests.

The house is located in a peaceful residential area. We are only 1km (10-15 minutes walk) from the best beach in Denia, Playa Marineta Cassiana, and 2km from Denia town and all its facilities. The airports of  Alicante and Valencia are close by and have a multitude of low cost flights.
